Compare plans, upgrade when you need more, and change your billing details.
By the end you will be on the right plan and know what changes next.
1. Compare plans — Open Upgrade to see Free versus paid. Higher plans add more documents, clients and AI, plus team seats.
2. Upgrade — Choose a plan and pay. You are billed through Stripe; Swishr Desk never stores your card.
3. Check what changed — Your limits and features update immediately. The dashboard shows your current plan.
4. Change billing details — Open Settings then Subscription to update payment details or download invoices.
5. Cancel or downgrade — You can change plan any time. Your paid features stay until the end of the period you paid for.
I hit a limit but I thought I was on a paid plan — Check the Subscription tab for the plan and renewal date. A failed payment can drop features.
A payment failed — Update the card in Subscription. We retry automatically and email you if it keeps failing.
