Is there a free plan?

Yes — Swishr Desk has a free forever plan with no credit card required. It includes 3 AI documents per month, e-signatures, and your branded client portal. Perfect for solo freelancers who want to test the platform with real client work before upgrading.
What does the Starter plan include?

Starter ($9/month) gives you 30 documents per month, unlimited e-signatures, custom branding, recurring invoices, and Stripe payment links. It's the right fit for active freelancers sending 5-30 documents a month.
What does the Business plan include?

Business ($29/month) unlocks 200 documents per month, the full CRM Kanban pipeline (Lead → Discovery → Proposal → Won), client portals, recurring invoices with deposit collection, and 300 AI generations per month. Designed for service businesses with 10+ active clients.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time directly from the billing page. No phone calls, no retention specialists, no contracts. Your billing pro-rates automatically when you switch mid-cycle.
Do prices include VAT?

Prices are shown excluding VAT. UAE customers are charged 5% VAT, EU customers their local VAT rate, UK customers 20%. Reverse charge applies to B2B EU customers with a valid VAT number. The exact breakdown is shown at checkout.
Which currencies do you support for client invoices?

Swishr Desk supports USD, EUR, GBP, AED, INR, CAD, AUD and more for client-facing documents. You can set a default currency per organisation and override on a per-document basis. Your subscription itself is billed in your account currency.
What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your account stays in read-only mode for 90 days after cancellation so you can export documents, clients, and signed PDFs. After 90 days the data is permanently deleted in line with our privacy policy. You can re-subscribe within the 90-day window and resume exactly where you left off.
Do you offer annual billing or team discounts?
