Service Agreement

Between Provider Ltd ("Provider") and Client Inc ("Client")
Effective: March 1, 2026

Provider will deliver the services described in the Statement of Work attached as Exhibit A.

Client agrees to the fees in Exhibit A. Invoices are Net 14. Late payment accrues interest at 1.5% per month.

All work product transfers to Client upon receipt of final payment.

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
